Terms of Use

1. Using the service

Imagery Bros lets you generate images from templates, text and, for compatible templates, your own photos. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission where required. You are responsible for your account and your use of it.

2. Credits and purchases

• Generation uses credits. The credit cost is shown before each generation. A Standard image costs 1 credit, a Studio image costs 3, 5 or 10 credits (1K, 2K or 4K), and an Ultra image, our best quality, costs 12 credits, unless the app shows otherwise.
• New accounts may receive free credits as shown in the app.
• Credit packs are one-time, consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or through Apple under its refund policies.
• If a generation fails technically or is blocked, the credits reserved for it are released.
• If Apple refunds a pack, we remove up to that pack's credits from your balance.

3. Your content and your rights

You keep the rights you have in your inputs. You must have the right to upload any photo and to use any text you submit, and you must have the consent of people shown in photos. As between you and us, you own the images generated from your inputs to the extent the law allows, and you may use them, including commercially, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. AI outputs may not be protectable in some places, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You grant us the license needed to host, process and send your content to AI providers to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to: create sexual content involving minors or any sexual exploitation; create non-consensual intimate imagery; impersonate real people harmfully or deceive others; infringe others' rights; create hateful, violent or illegal content; attempt face swapping or public-figure impersonation; bypass moderation, rate limits or payment; reverse engineer or abuse the service or providers. We may refuse, block or remove content and suspend accounts.

5. AI limitations

Outputs are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected. Resemblance to a person, product, text or logo is not guaranteed, and results can vary between attempts. Do not rely on outputs for decisions that require accuracy.

6. Reporting content

You can report a result in the app (unsafe or offensive, unexpected identity change, poor quality, rights concern, other). We review reports and may restrict content. Rights holders: contact support@imagerybros.com.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Profile). Deletion stops future jobs and schedules deletion of your content, subject to the retention in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service changes and availability

We may change or discontinue features, templates and AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or content, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
