Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address, or the Apple ID identifier (and relay or real email) if you use Sign in with Apple; an internal user ID. If you use Sign in with Apple we also keep, encrypted, the Apple token needed to revoke your Sign in with Apple connection when you delete your account.
• Content you provide: text and field values you enter, photos you choose to upload, and your saved presets and favorites.
• Content we create: the images generated for you and their settings.
• Purchases and credits: your credit balance, ledger entries and purchase records (product, transaction identifiers, environment, refund status). We do not receive your payment card details; Apple processes payments.
• Reports and support: reports you submit about a result and messages you send to support.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

In the app, we do not use advertising identifiers, do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and do not sell personal data.

2. How we use it

To sign you in, run the app's features, generate and store your images, operate credits and purchases, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate content, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who processes it (processors)

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases and notifications.
• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and queues for the service.
• Resend: sending sign-in code emails.
• AI image providers, depending on the option used for your image: Google (Gemini), Black Forest Labs, OpenAI, fal.ai, Replicate, or another provider we configure. Your prompt, field values and, if you choose a photo template, your photo are sent to the provider selected for that generation. The app names the provider before you upload a photo.

4. Retention

• Uploaded photos: deleted from our storage within about a day, unless you keep them in a saved look.
• Your creations: kept until you delete them or delete your account.
• Ledger and purchase records: retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations, even after account deletion (in a form that no longer identifies you where possible).
• Sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes.
• Apple token: kept only to revoke Sign in with Apple on account deletion, then removed.
• Provider-side retention: governed by each provider's own terms.
• Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.

5. Your choices and rights

You can delete individual creations, and delete your account and data in the app (Profile, Delete account). Deleting your account also revokes the app's Sign in with Apple connection. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to or restrict processing, as the law that applies to you provides; contact support@imagerybros.com.

6. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us.

7. Security and transfers

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. Our processors may process data in countries other than yours; where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

8. AI-generated content

Images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not upload photos of people or content you do not have the right to use.

9. Cookies and advertising measurement

With your consent, this website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits and App Store clicks that come from our ads. It sets cookies and sends your visit and click information, such as the page viewed and your browser details, to Meta. Declining is the default: until you tap Accept, no Meta code loads and nothing is sent. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. The iOS app does not use the Meta Pixel, and the app does not track you.
